تشمل الدراسة لنيل درجة الماجستير مقررات دراسية عالية وتدريبا على وسائل البحث واستقراء النتائج ينتهى باعداد رسالة تقبلها لجنة الحكم، ويشترط لإجازتها أن تكون عملا ذا قيمة علمية. ولا يجوز أن تقل المدة اللازمة لنيل هذه الدرجة عن سنتين.
