تكون إحالة العاملين من غير أعضاء هيئة التدريس إلى مجلس التأديب بقرار من رئيس الجامعة. وتسرى بالنسبة لمحاكمتهم تأديبيا أحكام القانون رقم 117 لسنة 1958 بإعادة تنظيم النيابة الادارية والمحاكمات التأديبية.
