تكون الإجازة العادية السنوية للعاملين من غير أعضاء هيئة التدريس فى أثناء العطلة الصيفية، فيما عدا الكليات والمعاهد التى تكون طبيعة العمل فيها مختلفة، فتحدد الأجازة فى هذه الحالة بقرار من عميد الكلية أو المعهد.
