تكون مساءلة المعيدين والمدرسين المساعدين أمام مجلس تأديب يشكل من:
( أ ) نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون الدراسات العليا والبحوث
رئيسا
(ب) أحد أعضاء هيئة التدريس فى كلية الحقوق يختاره رئيس الجامعة سنويا

عضوين
(ج) مستشار مساعد بمجلس الدولة يندب سنويا
وعند الغياب أو قيام المانع يحل محل نائب رئيس الجامعة أقدم العمداء ثم من يليه فى الأقدمية.
