يعين فى الكليات والمعاهد التابعة للجامعة معيدون ومدرسون مساعدون يكونون نواة أعضاء التدريس فيها. ويقومون بالدراسات والبحوث العلمية اللازمة. للحصول على الدرجات العلمية العليا وبما يعهد به إليهم القسم المختص من التمرينات والدروس العملية وسواها من الأعمال تحت إشراف أعضاء هيئة التدريس وبالأعمال الأخرى التى يكلفهم بها العميد ومجلس القسم المختص.
