يجوز عند الاقتضاء الاستعانة فى الكليات والمعاهد التابعة للجامعة بأساتذة أو أساتذة مساعدين أجانب من ذوى الكفاءة بصفة أساتذة زائرين لمدة مؤقتة. ويكون ذلك بقرار من رئيس الجامعة بناء على طلب مجلس الكلية أو المعهد بعد أخذ رأى مجلس القسم المختص.
