يحال عضو هيئة التدريس إلى المعاش بقرار من رئيس الجامعة إذا لم يستطع مباشرة عمله بسبب المرض أو بعد انقضاء الإجازات المقررة فى المادة 94 إذا ثبت فى أى وقت أنه لا يستطيع لأسباب صحية القيام بوظيفته على الوجه اللائق.
