Article 104 of the Universities Organisation Law

لا يجوز لأعضاء هيئة التدريس أن يشتغلوا بالتجارة أو أن يشتركوا فى إدارة عمل تجارى أو مالى أو صناعى أو أن يجمعوا بين وظيفتهم وأى عمل لا يتفق وكرامة هذه الوظيفة.
ولرئيس الجامعة أن يقرر منع عضو هيئة التدريس من مباشرة أى عمل يرى أن القيام به يتعارض مع واجبات الوظيفة وحسن أدائها.
