تشكل بقرار من رئيس المحكمة لجنة لشئون العاملين من اثنين من أعضاء المحكمة ومن الأمين العام تختص باقتراح كل ما يتعلق بشئون العاملين من تعيين ومنح علاوات وترقية ونقل.
ويضع رئيس المحكمة بقرار منه بعد أخذ رأى لجنة شئون العاملين ضوابط ترقية العاملين.
