Article 41 of the Supreme Constitutional Court Law

يحدد رئيس المحكمة خلال أسبوع من إيداع التقرير تاريخ الجلسة التى تنظر فيها الدعوى أو الطلب.
وعلى قلم الكتاب إخطار ذوى الشأن بتاريخ الجلسة بكتاب مسجل بعلم الوصول.
ويكون ميعاد الحضور خمسة عشر يوما على الأقل ما لم يأمر رئيس المحكمة فى حالة الضرورة وبناء على طلب ذوى الشأن بتقصير هذا الميعاد إلى ما لا يقل عن ثلاثة أيام.
ويعلن هذا الأمر إليهم مع الاخطار بتاريخ الجلسة.
