Article 18 of the Supreme Constitutional Court Law

ينشأ بالمحكمة صندوق تكون له الشخصية الاعتبارية، تخصص له الدولة الموارد اللازمة لتمويل وكالة الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية لأعضاء المحكمة وهيئة المفوضين بها وأسرهم.
وتؤول إلى هذا الصندوق حقوق والتزامات الصندوق المنشأ بمقتضى المادة السابعة من القانون رقم (79) لسنة 1976 ببعض الأحكام الخاصة بالمحكمة العليا.
ولا يجوز لمن ينتفع من هذا الصندوق الانتفاع من صندوق الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية لأعضاء الهيئات القضائية.
ويصدر بتنظيم الصندوق وإدارته وقواعد الانفاق منه قرار من رئيس المحكمة بعد موافقة الجمعية العامة.
