تشكل إدارة للتفتيش الفنى على أعمال الإدارات القانونية وعلى نشاط مديريها وأعضائها ، من عدد كاف من المفتشين يندبون من بين أعضاء الهيئات القضائية من درجة مستشار رئيس محكمة أو ما يعادلها ، ومن بين المديرين العامين والمديرين بالإدارات القانونية ، وتكون تابعة لوزير العدل .
ويصدر بندب أعضاء إدارة التفتيش قرار من وزير العدل بعد الاتفاق مع الوزراء المختصين ، ويكون الندب لمدة سنتين قابلة للتجديد .
