يجوز دعوة مدير الإدارة القانونية لحضور جلسات مجلس الإدارة لإبداء الرأى القانونى ، أو لتقديم الإيضاحات القانونية اللازمة فى المسائل المعروضة على المجلس ، دون أن يكون له صوت معدود فى المداولات .
