النواب والمستشارون المساعدون بمجلس الدولة المدرجة
أسماؤهم بالجدول ( الكادر ) عند العمل بهذا القانون يقسمون إلى فئتين
( ا ) ، ( ب ) على أن يعتبر من الفئة ( ا ) الخمسون الأوائل من النواب ،
والخمسون الأوائل من المستشارين المساعدين والباقون من الفئة ( ب ) .
