أو قرار من رئيس الجمهورية ذى صفة تشريعية أو لائحة أن تعرض المشروع
المقترح على قسم التشريع لمراجعة صياغته ، ويجوز لها أن تعهد إليه بإعداد
هذه التشريعات .
