يستمر المجلس الحالى لنقابة الصيادلة المنشأة بالقانون رقم ٦٢ لسنة ١٩٤٩ والجمعية العمومية الحالية فى ممارسة اختصاصاتهما بصفة مؤقتة إلى أن توضع اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون واجراء الانتخابات لجميع المستويات المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل به .
