يعلن الصيدلى بالحضور أمام هيئتى التأديب بكتاب مسجل بعلم الوصول قبل تاريخ الجلسة بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل ويوضح هذا الكتاب ميعاد الجلسة ومكانها وملخص التهمة أو التهم المنسوبة إليه .
