إذا قبل الطعن فى صحة انعقاد الجمعية العمومية بطلت قراراتها ، وتدعى للانعقاد خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ قبول الطعن ، وتدعى كذلك فى حالة الحكم ببطلان انتخاب النقيب أو اثنين فأكثر من أعضاء مجلس النقابة خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ الحكم بالبطلان .
