تتألف الجمعية العمومية من كافة الأعضاء المقيدة أسماؤهم فى الجدول العام الذين أدوا الاشتراكات السنوية المستحقة حتى آخر السنة المنتهية :
ويرأس النقيب الجمعية العمومية ، وإذا غاب يرأسها الوكيل فإذا غاب كلاهما تكون الرئاسة لأكبر أعضاء مجلس النقابة الحاضرين سنا .
