على عضو مجلس النواب فور اكتسابه العضوية أن يتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة لفصل ملكيته فى أسهم أو حصص الشركات عن إدارة أى أسهم أو حصص فى هذه الشركات، وذلك خلال مدة لا تجاوز ستين يوما من اكتسابه العضوية، ووفقا للضوابط والإجراءات المنصوص عليها فى المواد التالية من هذا القانون، وإلا تعين عليه التصرف فى تلك الأسهم أو الحصص خلال المدة ذاتها طبقا لقواعد تحديد السعر العادل المنصوص عليها فى المدة (42) من هذا القانون.
