بعد إعلان نتيجة الانتخاب يرد إلى المترشح فى النظام الفردى وإلى ممثل القائمة خلال ثلاثين يوما على الأكثر المبلغ المودع خزانة المحكمة الابتدائية كتأمين بعد خصم تكاليف إزالة الملصقات الانتخابية.
