تقيد طلبات الترشح بحسب ساعة وتاريخ ورودها فى سجلين، يخصص أحدهما للمترشحين بالنظام الفردى، ويخصص الثانى لمترشحى القوائم، وتعطى عنها إيصالات، ويتبع فى شأن تقديمها وحفظها الإجراءات التى تحددها اللجنة العليا للانتخابات.
