يحدد المترشح الدائرة التى يترشح فيها.
ولا يجوز لأحد أن يجمع بين الترشح فى دائرتين بالنظام الفردى، أو فى قائمة انتخابية وعلى مقعد فردى، أو فى أكثر من قائمة انتخابية. فإن جمع بين أى منهما يعتد بالترشح الأخير بحسب الثابت فى السجل المنصوص عليه فى المادة (14) من هذا القانون.
