لا يجوز عند التعيين فى وظيفة قاض بالمحاكم الابتدائية أن تقل نسبة
التعيين من المحامين المشتغلين بمهنة المحاماة عن الربع .
ولا يجوز عند التعيين فى وظيفة رئيس بالمحكمة الابتدائية أو مستشار
بمحاكم الاستئناف أن تقل نسبة التعيين من المحامين المشتغلين بمهنة المحاماة
عن العشر .
وتحسب هذه النسبة لكل فئة على أساس الوظائف الخالية خلال سنة
مالية كاملة .
