لا يكون انعقاد الجمعية العامة صحيحا إلا إذا حضره أكثر من نصف
عدد قضاة المحكمة ، فإذا لم يتوافر هذا النصاب جاز انعقاد الجمعية بعد
ساعة من الميعاد المحدد إذا حضره ثلث عدد قضاة المحكمة على الأقل .
