يكون الترخيص فى الإجازات من وكيل الوزارة بالنسبة لموظفى المحاكم والنائب العام بالنسبة لموظفى النيابات .
ويجوز لرؤساء المحاكم الترخيص للعاملين بالمحاكم ولرؤساء النيابات الترخيص للعاملين بالنيابات فى إجازة لا تجاوز خمسة أيام فى كل مرة ، على ألا تزيد فى مجموعها على خمسة عشر يوما فى المدة من أول يناير لغاية ٣٠ يونيو من كل سنة .
