يجب على العاملين بالمحاكم المؤتمنين على نقود أو أمانات أو مهمات أو أشياء أخرى ذات قيمة أن يقدموا اختصاصا فى حدود القانون المالى والتعليات المالية وتقديم هذا الضمان لا يخل برؤساء الكتاب ورؤساء المحضرين الذين قبمهم هؤلاء المستخدمين من المسئولية فى حالة حصول إهمال من الرؤساء المذكورين .
