لا يرقى المحضر من الفئة التى عين فيها إلى الفئة التى تليها إلا إذا حسنت الشهادة فى حقه وجاز الامتحان المنصوص عليه فى المادة ١٥١ بشرط أن يقضى فترة تدريب فى الأعمال التى يقوم بها وفق المنهج الذى يصدر به قرار وزير العدل ويعفى حملة الشهادات العليا من شرط الامتحان .
