يؤدى الامتحان عند الاقتضاء بكل محكمة ابتدائية وتقوم به اللجنة المشار إليها فى الفقرة " ج " من المادة ١٤٢ على أن يستبدل كبير محضرى المحكمة الابتدائية بكبير كتابها وتتبع فى هذا الامتحان الإجراءات المبينة فى المادتين ١٤٤ و ١٤٥
ويرتب الناجحون منهم حسب درجات نجاحهم ، ويكون التعيين على أساس هذا الترتيب .
