يتولى رئيس كل محكمة توزيع الأعمال على كتابها وتحديد محل كل منهم وتعيين رؤساء الأقلام والكتاب الأول بالمحاكم الجزئية وكذلك نقل الكتاب وندبهم داخل دائرة المحكمة .
ويتولى رئيس كل نيابة كلية هذه الأعمال بالنسبة لكتاب النيابات التابعين له .
