إذا رأى مجلس التأديب وجها للسير فى إجراءات المحاكمة عن جميع التهم أو بعضها كلف القاضى الحضور بميعاد أسبوع على الأقل بناء على أمر من رئيس المجلس .
ويجب أن يشتمل طلب الحضور على بيان كاف لموضوع الدعوى وأدلة الاتهام .
