يقدم طلب الحصول على الرخصة إلى الادارة العامة بمصلحة الرخص أو فروعها بالمحافظات والمديريات طبقا للأنموذج الذى يصدر به قرار من وزير الشئون البلدية والقروية مرفقا به الرسومات والمستندات المنصوص عليها فى القرارات المنفذة لهذا القانون. وتبدى تلك الجهة رأيها فى مرفقات الطلب فى ميعاد لا يجاوز شهرا من تاريخ تقديمه أو وصوله.
وفى حالة قبوله يعلن الطالب بذلك كتابة مع تكليفه بدفع رسوم المعانية التى يصدر بتحديدها قرار من وزير الشئون البلدية والقروية.
