Article 11 of the Industrial and Commercial Premises Law

لا يجوز إجراء أى تعديل فى المحال المرخص بها إلا بموافقة الجهة المنصرفة منها الرخصة وتتبع فى الموافقة على التعديل اجراءات الترخيص المنصوص عليها فى المواد 4 و5 و6 وتحصل رسوم معاينة بقيمة هذا التعديل على أساس الفرق بين قيمة الرسوم المفروضة على المحل قبل إجرائه وقيمتها بعده.
ويقصد بالتعديل كل ما يتناول أوضاع المحل فى الداخل أو الخارج أو إضافة صناعات جديدة أو زيادة فى القوة المحركة أو تعديل أقسام المحل.
