Article 73 of the Exercise of Political Rights Law

تتولى النيابة العامة التحقيق فى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا الفصل ، ولها أن تأمر
بحبس المتهم احتياطيا على ذمة التحقيق حتى إحالته للمحاكمة الجنائية .
وتتولى الجمعية العمومية لكل محكمة استئناف أو محكمة ابتدائية تحديد دائرة
أو أكثر للنظر فى الجرائم الانتخابية والفصل فيها على وجه السرعة .
