تخول سلطة مأمور الضبط القضائى فى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون لكل من :
١ - رئيس وأعضاء اللجنة العليا .
٢ - رئيس وأعضاء الأمانة العامة .
٣ - رئيس لجنة انتخابات المحافظة وأعضائها من الجهات والهيئات القضائية .
٤ - رئيس وأعضاء اللجنة العامة .
٥ - رئيس اللجنة الفرعية .
