Article 66 of the Exercise of Political Rights Law

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن شهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة جنيه ولا تجاوز ألف جنيه
أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من قام بأى من الأفعال الآتية :
أولا- أبدى رأيه فى انتخاب أو استفتاء ، وهو يعلم بعدم أحقيته فى ذلك .
ثانيا- أبدى رأيه منتحلا اسم غيره .
ثالثا - اشترك في الانتخاب أو الاستفتاء الواحد أكثر من مرة .
ولرئيس اللجنة العليا الحق في إبطال الأصوات الانتخابية الناتجة عن ارتكاب أية جريمة
من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذه المادة .
