تسرى أحكام القانون المرافق على أعضاء سلك التمثيل التجارى ويخول وزير الاقتصاد جميع السلطات والاختصاصات المخولة لوزير الخارجية بالنسبة لأعضاء السلك التجارى ، كما يصدر القرارات الخاصة بتشكيل المجالس التى تتولى النظر فى تعيين وترقية وتأديب أعضاء السلك التجارى .
