Article 73 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law

يجوز لمجلس التأديب أن يأمر بوقف العضو عن مباشرة أعمال وظيفته حتى تنتهى المحاكمة وله فى كل وقت أن يعيد النظر فى أمر الوقف .
ولا يترتب على وقف العضو وقف صرف مرتبه ورواتبه الإضافية وما يمنح له من مبالغ أخرى ومع ذلك يجوز لمجلس التأديب وقف صرف نصف المرتب والرواتب الإضافية والمبالغ الأخرى .
