يحال عضو السلك الذى يقدم عنه تقريران متتاليان بمرتبة ضعيف إلى الهيئة التى يشكل منها مجلس التأديب لفحص حالته فإذا تبين لها أنه قادر على تحسين حالته وجهت إليه تنبيها بذلك وإلا قررت نقله إلى وظيفة أخرى خارج السلك ويترتب على تقديم تقريرين متتاليين عن العضو بمرتبة ضعيف عدم أحقيته لأول علاوة دورية فإذا قدم عنه تقرير ثالث بمرتبة ضعيف وتبين للهيئة التى يشكل منها مجلس التأديب لفحص حالته أنه غير صالح للعمل فى أية وظيفة معادلة لدرجة وظيفته بطريقة مرضية قررت فصله من الخدمة مع حفظ حقه فى المعاش أو المكافأة .
