يشكل فى كل محافظة مجلس شعبى محلى من عشرة أعضاء عن كل مركز أو قسم إدارى.
ويكون تمثيل كل مركز أو قسم إدارى فى كل من محافظات القناة ومطروح والوادى الجديد وشمال سيناء وجنوب سيناء والبحر الأحمر بأربعة عشر عضوا.

ويكون تمثيل كل مركز أو قسم ادارى فى كل من محافظات منطقة القناة ومطروح والوادى الجديد وشمال سيناء وجنوب سيناء والبحر الأحمر بثمانية أعضاء أحدهم على الأقل من النساء.
