كل قيد فى سجل الأطباء بالوزارة تم بطريق التزوير أو بطرق احتيالية أو بوسائل أخرى غير مشروعة يلغى بقرار من وزير الصحة العمومية ويشطب الإسم المقيد نهائيا منه وتخطر نقابة الأطباء البشريين والنيابة العامة بذلك.
وعلى النقابة إخطار وزارة الصحة العمومية بكل قرار يصدره مجلسها أو هيئاتها التأديبية بوقف طبيب عن مزاولة المهنة أو بشطب اسمه.
