على وزيرى الصحة العمومية والعدل تنفيذ هذا القانون كل منهما فيما يخصه.
ويصدر وزير الصحة العمومية القرارات اللازمة لتنفيذه ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره فى الجريدة الرسمية،
صدر بقصر الجمهورية فى 22 ذى القعدة سنة 1373 (22 يوليه سنة 1954) .
