تلغى المادتان ( [رقم غير مقروء] ) من المرسوم بقانون رقم ٣٧ لسنة ١٩٥٣ فى شأن حل الأحزاب السياسية ولا يجوز استنادا إلى أحكام هذا القانون إعادة تكوين الأحزاب التى خضعت للمرسوم بقانون المشار إليه أو الأحزاب التى تتعارض مقوماتها مع مبادئ ثورتى ٢٣ يوليو سنة ١٩٥٢ ، ١٥ مايو سنة ١٩٧١ .
وتلغى المواد الثانية والثالثة والتاسعة من القانون رقم ٣٤ لسنة ١٩٧٢ بشأن حماية الوحدة الوطنية والمادة ٢ من القرار بقانون رقم ٢ لسنة ١٩٧٧ بشأن حماية حرية الوطن والمواطن .
كما يلغى كل حكم يخالف أحكام هذا القانون .
