Article 26 of the Political Parties Law

يعاقب بالحبس والغرامة التى لا تجاوز خمسمائة جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من خالف أحكام الفقرة الثانية من المادة 21 من هذا القانون.
ويعاقب بالحبس الذى لا تقل مدته عن سنة ولا تزيد على خمس سنوات كل من خالف أحكام الفقرة الثانية من المادة (9) أو الفقرة الأولى أو الثانية من المادة (12) من هذا القانون.
ويعاقب بالسجن كل من خالف أحكام المادة (4) من هذا القانون.

يعاقب بالحبس و بغرامة لا تجاوز خمسمائة جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من خالف أحكام المادة ( ٤ ) أو الفقرة الثانية من المادة ( ٩ ) أو الفقرة الأولى والثانية من المادة ( ١٢ ) أو الفقرة الثانية من المادة ( ٢١ ) من هذا القانون .
