يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسين ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من خالف أحكام المادتين (73، 74) من هذا القانون.

يعاقب بالحبس لمدة لا تزيد عن ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه
ولا تجاوز ٢٠ ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من خالف أحكام المادتين
(٧٣) ، (٧٤) من هذا القانون
ولا يجوز الحكم بوقف تنفيذ عقوبة الغرامة، ويجب في جميع لأحوال ودون
انتظار الحكم في الدعوى وقف الأعمال المخالفة وإزالتها بالطريق الإداري على نفقة
المخالف وضبط الآلات والأدوات والمهمات المستعملة ، وفي حالة الحكم بالإدانة يحكم
بمصادرتها.
