يكون ربان السفينة أو المسئول عنها وأطراف التعاقد في عقود استكشاف
واستخراج واستغلال حقول البترول البحرية والموارد الطبيعية الأخرى، بما في ذلك
وسائل نقل الزيت وكذلك أصحاب المحال والمنشآت المنصوص عليها في المادة
(٦٩) كل فيما يخصه ، مسئولين بالتضامن عن جميع الأضرار التي تصيب أي
شخص طبيعي أو اعتباري من جراء مخالفة أحكام هذا القانون ، وسداد الغرامات
التي توقع تنفيذا له وتكاليف إزالة آثار تلك المخالفة .
