يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على مائة ألف جنيه كل من يخالف أحكام البند (د) من المادة (13 مكررا) من هذا القانون.
ويحكم فضلا عن العقوبة المشار إليها بغلق بيت الخبرة الذى يزاول أعمال الخبرة دون الحصول على شهادة الاعتماد المشار إليها فى المادة (13 مكررا) من هذا القانون.
