يحظر إقامة أى منشآت بغرض معالجة النفايات الخطرة إلا بترخيص من الجهة
الإدارية المختصة بعد أخذ رأى جهاز شئون البيئة ويكون التخلص من النفايات
الخطرة طبقا للشروط والمعايير التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
ويحدد وزير الاسكان بعد أخذ رأى وزارتى الصحة والصناعة وجهاز شئون
البيئة أماكن وشروط الترخيص للتخلص من النفايات الخطرة .
