يحظر تداول المواد والنفايات الخطرة بغير ترخيص من الجهة الإدارية
المختصة . وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون إجراءات وشروط منح الترخيص
والجهة المختصة بإصداره .
ويصدر الوزراء - كل في نطاق اختصاصه - بالتنسيق مع وزير الصحة
وجهاز شئون البيئة جدولا بالمواد والنفايات الخطرة المشار إليها في الفقرة الأولى
من هذه المادة .
