يجب على مفتشى الجهات الإدارية المختصة وكذلك مفتشى جهاز شئون البيئة ممن لهم
صفة الضبطية القضائية فيما يتعلق بمجالات البيئة كل فى مجال اختصاصه إخطار جهاتهم
بأية مخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون ، وتتولى الجهات المختصة اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة .
